Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful, respectful, safe, and fair use of the Platform.
Important: The Delivery Truck is a technology marketplace. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, The Delivery Truck, Inc. does not provide delivery, moving, transportation, carrier, freight, household-goods, warehousing, packing, or labor services. Customers and independent drivers/service providers contract directly with each other.
Platform Use Rules
You may use the Platform only for lawful marketplace purposes and in compliance with all applicable policies. You may not use the Platform to harm people, evade law, mislead users, abuse support, or interfere with operations.
Prohibited Items and Jobs
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized property.
- People, children, human remains, live animals, biological materials, medical waste, weapons, ammunition, explosives, hazardous materials, controlled substances, alcohol where unlawful, or regulated goods without required authority.
- Items requiring specialized permits, commercial authority, professional installation, licensed moving authority, or hazardous handling that the selected Driver has not independently proven to the Customer.
- Jobs involving unsafe premises, unlawful entry, threats, harassment, fraud, or evasion of taxes, fees, or laws.
Prohibited Conduct
- Fake accounts, identity misuse, false documents, false insurance, fake reviews, review manipulation, fake referrals, or promo-code abuse.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, malware, spam, phishing, credential harvesting, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to access nonpublic systems.
- Discrimination, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual misconduct, stalking, doxxing, or abusive communications.
- Off-platform payment solicitation for active Platform jobs, chargeback fraud, refund fraud, or false damage claims.
Enforcement
The Delivery Truck, Inc. may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, cancel jobs, withhold payouts, reverse credits, block payment methods, investigate activity, report conduct to authorities, or preserve evidence if we believe this Policy has been violated.
No Duty to Monitor
The Delivery Truck, Inc. may monitor or review activity, but has no general duty to monitor every user, job, message, Driver, document, or item.
