Accessibility commitments and support process for the website, web app, admin tools, and future mobile apps.
Commitment
The Delivery Truck, Inc. is working to make the Platform usable by people with disabilities and compatible with commonly used assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process as public pages, customer flows, driver flows, admin tools, payments, maps, tracking, messaging, and mobile apps evolve.
Standards
We aim to use recognized accessibility practices, including WCAG guidance where practical, clear labels, keyboard access, readable contrast, responsive layouts, alt text for meaningful images, visible focus states, and accessible form messages.
Known Limitations
Some third-party services, maps, payment widgets, app-store flows, embedded scripts, generated assets, PDFs, admin tools, or early-stage features may not fully meet accessibility goals. We will continue improving before broad launch.

If you have trouble using any part of the Platform, contact support@thedeliverytruck.com or legal@thedeliverytruck.com. Include the page URL, assistive technology used, device/browser, the issue, and the information or action you need.
No Retaliation
Users will not be penalized for reporting accessibility barriers. We may provide alternative access where feasible while working on fixes.
