By using The Delivery Truck platform, you agree that any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of the services, or your relationship with The Delivery Truck shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The place of arbitration will be Pinellas County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed.
Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.
