Users may cancel a delivery request at any time before a driver accepts the job without penalty.

Drivers should avoid cancellations after accepting a job unless due to emergency or safety concerns.

Excessive driver cancellations may result in warnings, account review, or suspension.

3. Refund Policy

If a job is canceled and a fee has been charged, The Delivery Truck will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

4. Special Circumstances

If the delivery is canceled due to driver fault, users will receive a full refund including any cancellation fees.
