Respect for Intellectual Property
The Delivery Truck, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and may remove or disable access to content alleged to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
DMCA Agent
DMCA notices may be sent to dmca@thedeliverytruck.com. For full DMCA safe-harbor protection, The Delivery Truck, Inc. should designate and maintain a registered DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and keep the public agent information current.
Notice Requirements
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identify the material claimed to infringe and where it appears on the Platform.
- Provide contact information for the complaining party.
- Include a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized.
- Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices
If your content is removed and you believe it was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with legally required information. We may restore content if legally appropriate.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe or repeatedly receive valid infringement complaints may be restricted or terminated.
Non-Copyright Complaints
Trademark, privacy, publicity, counterfeit, or other IP complaints may be sent to legal@thedeliverytruck.com. We may request additional proof before taking action.
