Important: The Delivery Truck is a technology marketplace. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, The Delivery Truck, Inc. does not provide delivery, moving, transportation, carrier, freight, household-goods, warehousing, packing, or labor services. Customers and independent drivers/service providers contract directly with each other.

Limited License

The Delivery Truck, Inc. grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform for lawful marketplace purposes, subject to all legal policies.

Restrictions

Do not copy, modify, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform software except through authorized use.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, benchmark for competitive purposes, or attempt to access source code except where law prohibits restriction.
Do not bypass security, payment, admin, account, role, rate-limit, or access controls.
Do not use Platform software to build a competing marketplace, harvest data, or train models without permission.

Ownership

The Delivery Truck, Inc. and its licensors own the Platform software, design, workflows, trademarks, content, analytics, databases, and intellectual property, except user content and third-party content.

App Stores

If downloaded through Apple, Google, or another app store, store terms may also apply. The app store is not responsible for Platform services, jobs, Drivers, Customers, content, support, or claims except as required by store terms.

Termination

This license ends when your account is terminated, you stop using the Platform, or we revoke access. Restrictions and ownership terms survive termination.
