2. Examples of Fraud

The following are considered fraudulent activities and are strictly prohibited:

• Marking a delivery as completed without completing the job
• Continuing to pickup or dropoff after a cancellation unless directed by support
• Manipulating GPS data or location falsification
• Using fake driver or user accounts
• Submitting false expense claims or fraudulent documents
• Accepting jobs without intent to deliver

3. Penalties

Zero Tolerance: Any fraudulent behavior will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform, with potential legal action if warranted.
