Insurance Policy

1. Driver Insurance Requirements

All drivers must maintain the following insurance coverage to operate on The Delivery Truck platform:

• Personal Auto Insurance: State-minimum liability coverage is required.
• General Liability Insurance: Required for PRO drivers handling commercial deliveries.
• Cargo Coverage: Recommended but not required. Drivers assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items unless otherwise specified.

2. Proof of Insurance

Drivers must upload proof of insurance to their profile. Expired or invalid documents may result in suspension.

3. User Protection

The Delivery Truck is a platform that connects users and drivers. We do not offer blanket insurance for items transported.

Users are encouraged to secure their own coverage for high-value items.

4. Claims Process

In the event of damage, loss, or injury, The Delivery Truck will assist in providing the driver's insurance information for claim processing.

We do not mediate insurance claims between users and drivers.

5. Indemnity

By using the platform, both users and drivers agree to hold The Delivery Truck harmless for any damages not directly caused by platform negligence.
