Intellectual Property and Content License
Rules for Platform content, job photos, reviews, feedback, marketing materials, and user submissions.
Platform IP
The Delivery Truck, Inc. owns or licenses the Platform, brand, logos, workflows, designs, admin systems, templates, software, databases, analytics, documentation, and business materials. No rights are transferred except the limited use license in the EULA.
User Content License
When you upload or submit photos, messages, reviews, support content, job details, documents, feedback, referral posts, templates, or other content, you grant The Delivery Truck, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, analyze, moderate, preserve, use, and create operational records from that content for Platform operation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, marketing where permitted, and service improvement.
Job Records
Job photos, customer-driver chats during active jobs, delivery confirmations, timestamps, route records, signatures, support notes, and dispute materials may be stored as business records even after a user deletes an account, where lawful and necessary.
Feedback
Ideas, suggestions, improvements, feature requests, bug reports, templates, or business feedback submitted to The Delivery Truck, Inc. may be used without compensation or obligation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Driver and Staff Marketing Templates
Drivers, customers, and staff may use approved marketing templates only as authorized. They must not remove required referral disclosures, make false claims, claim employment, or imply guaranteed earnings or guaranteed service outcomes.
Representations
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit content and that your content does not violate law, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, intellectual property, or contractual rights.
