Important: The Delivery Truck is a technology marketplace. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, The Delivery Truck, Inc. does not provide delivery, moving, transportation, carrier, freight, household-goods, warehousing, packing, or labor services. Customers and independent drivers/service providers contract directly with each other.

Short Version

The Delivery Truck collects information needed to run a marketplace: accounts, job details, Driver applications, vehicle and insurance documents, item photos, pickup/drop-off details, messages, payment metadata, location signals, referrals, support tickets, and admin records.

We use this information to operate the Platform, facilitate Customer-Driver jobs, process payments, review Driver eligibility, preserve job records, prevent fraud, handle disputes, support users, and improve the service.

Marketplace Sharing

Customers and Drivers may receive information about each other as needed for a job. The Delivery Truck, Inc. does not sell delivery services; it provides technology to connect marketplace participants.
