PRO Subscription Terms
Terms for Driver PRO membership, FIRST1000 launch offers, free trials, auto-renewal, and cancellation.
PRO Is Optional
PRO is an optional marketplace subscription for eligible Drivers. PRO does not make a Driver an employee, guarantee jobs, guarantee earnings, guarantee approval, or guarantee Customer selection.
Benefits May Change
PRO features may include marketplace visibility, profile tools, marketing templates, referral tools, launch-market support, analytics, priority review, or other features. Benefits may change, be limited by market, require configuration, or be unavailable during testing.
FIRST1000 and Free Trials
Promotional offers such as FIRST1000 may provide a limited free trial, such as six months free PRO, for eligible Drivers. Eligibility, duration, redemption limits, market limits, fraud controls, and expiration rules may apply.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
If PRO is offered as a recurring subscription, it may automatically renew after the free trial or billing period unless canceled. Before charging, the Platform or payment processor should disclose price, billing frequency, trial end date, renewal terms, and cancellation method.
Consent and Records
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the payment processor and agree that The Delivery Truck, Inc. may retain consent records, subscription status, trial dates, cancellation records, and payment history for compliance and dispute purposes.
Cancellation
You should be able to cancel through a reasonably simple method provided by the Platform, payment processor, or app store where you subscribed. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated.
Payment Processor and App Store Terms
Stripe, Apple, Google, or another payment provider may control billing, receipts, disputes, taxes, failed payments, and cancellation steps. Their terms may apply in addition to these terms.
