Route Violation Policy

1. Purpose

To ensure fairness, efficiency, and safety, The Delivery Truck monitors all driver routes in real-time. Drivers are expected to follow the most efficient route from pickup to drop-off unless the customer requests otherwise.

2. Examples of Route Violations

• Taking significantly longer or indirect routes without valid reason
• Excessive idle time or stops unrelated to the delivery
• Driving to locations not associated with the job while marked as "En Route"
• Manipulating GPS data or turning off location tracking

3. Monitoring

We use GPS tracking and time-stamped location data to detect unusual route patterns. Our system automatically flags suspicious activity for admin review.

4. Penalties

Immediate Action: Route violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent deactivation depending on severity.

5. Appeals

If you believe a route alert was issued in error, contact support@thedeliverytruck.com with detailed information within 48 hours.

6. Agreement

By using The Delivery Truck as a driver, you agree to follow the designated route policies and understand the consequences of violations.
