The Delivery Truck connects users with drivers for large-item deliveries. We do not directly provide transportation services but act as a facilitator between parties.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
• Ensure items are legal to transport and properly described.
• Communicate clearly with drivers regarding delivery expectations.

3. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain current insurance and valid licenses.
• Provide timely and professional delivery services.
• Use the app to update job statuses in real-time.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed via our secure Stripe integration. Service fees apply and are detailed at the time of booking.

5. Disputes and Cancellations

Disputes are handled by our support team. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing and job status.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Delivery Truck is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from use of the service beyond the maximum amount paid for the transaction in question.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
