2. Payment and Fees

Payments are processed through our secure platform. The Delivery Truck charges a service fee on each transaction. Drivers receive payouts after service completion.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Users may cancel prior to driver acceptance for a full refund. After acceptance, cancellation may result in partial charges.

4. User Conduct

• No harassment, abuse, or fraudulent activity
• No transport of prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items
• Compliance with our safety and delivery guidelines is required

5. Limitation of Liability

The Delivery Truck is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform. We do not guarantee delivery times or outcomes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms
